There is a special discount for all children’s reservations, such a discount is gotten according to the age when the room is shared with a parent, there is a discount 50% for children under 10 years old.
The details of itinerary will be available for you when you agree to the itinerary and invoice, we must receive 50 % deposit of your invoice in order to confirm your booking, you can pay by Visa, Master Card, PayPal or bank transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash (Dirhams, Euros or Pounds) according to the daily rates on the day of your trip.
Changing your booking date is available on condition that you inform us in writing. Extra charges maybe paid when you change your booking date, if we are unable to change your booking date for any reason, you have to choose either to make your trip on time or cancel it and pay the cancellation charges.
Cancelling your trip is available on condition that you inform us in writing as soon as possible, the cancellation charge is based on the number of days we have received your written cancellation notice before the start of your trip. If you cancel
Emergencies (such as natural catastrophes, terrorism, riots, war, fires, bad climate conditions and others) allow us to cancel your tour and in this case we will refund what you have paid to us, including the deposit. We do not provide additional compensation.
If you have any special requests (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance or others), please inform us in writing before booking. If there is no possibility to respond to your special requests, we will inform you in writing before booking. In case of having any booking preferences (hotels locations, bed configurations, etc.), Please, provide us with them and we will make all possible at tempts to provide your preferences, we will not pay any compensation if we are unable to respond to such requests.
Insurance is not available, but you are strongly recommended to have suitable travel insurance in case of cancellation, illness, baggage loss, delays and so other.
Reasonable compensation will be paid if there is any difference between the prior description of any portion of your travel arrangements and the actual arrangements (confined to the maximum amount paid to us for that portion), we have not any responsibility for injury, illness, death, damage, or loss during your trip.
You are responsible for having the valid required documents of travel, your passport must be valid for 6 months before entering the country, ensuring that all the required documents of travel are valid before the departure date of your trips the responsibility of the tour participant.
Securing your booking information is our own responsibility, your private information will be used to make reservations with hotels and any other third party vendors. We will share your travel special requests with vendor partners in order to make your trip safe and enjoyable.
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact your driver/hotel/guide in order to solve your problem as soon as possible, in case of being unable to contact them for any reason, you are strongly recommended to contact us in writing and in order to provide us with the problem details.
